Partner Terms
Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. The program
GoSunlite LLC ("GoSunlite") collects service requests from people who already have solar and makes them available to approved service providers ("partners"). These terms apply when you apply to, or take part in, the partner program.
2. Approval
We review applications by hand and may approve, decline, pause or remove a partner at our discretion, including for complaints, inaccurate information, or misuse of homeowner information.
3. Licenses, insurance and compliance
- You hold every license, registration and insurance policy required for the work you take, in every place you take it, and you keep the information you give us current.
- You follow all laws that apply to your work and your contact with homeowners, including consumer protection, contractor, home solicitation and telemarketing laws. Contact a homeowner only about the request you claimed, and text them only if the job shows they opted in to texts.
- Attorneys and legal service providers are responsible for following their own bar's rules, including rules on paid referrals and lead services, and for any client engagement terms. GoSunlite doesn't recommend you or take part in your fees.
4. Jobs and claiming
- Jobs are offered to partners whose services and service area match. Before claiming you see the service, location and system details. When you claim a job, the homeowner's contact details are released to you and the job is removed from every other partner's feed.
- Claims are first come, first served. We don't guarantee any number of jobs, or that a homeowner will hire you.
- You set your own prices and terms with the homeowner. GoSunlite isn't a party to your agreement and doesn't guarantee payment for your work.
5. Fees and credit
- Each job shows its claim fee before you claim. Claiming takes that fee from your prepaid credit. You can't claim a job without enough credit.
- Credit is added when GoSunlite receives your payment. Fees can change; a change applies to jobs claimed after it.
- Unused credit is refunded on request when you leave the program, less any fees owed.
6. Bad leads
If a lead is bad (for example a wrong or disconnected number, a fake name, a duplicate of a job you already have, or a person who didn't ask for service), report it from your portal within 72 hours of claiming, with the reason. We review every report and, if approved, put the fee back on your credit. Leads aren't bad just because the homeowner chose someone else or didn't hire anyone.
7. Homeowner information
Use homeowner information only to respond to the request you claimed. Don't sell it, share it, add it to marketing lists, or use it after the job except as the law requires for your records. Keep it secure.
8. Your conduct
Be honest about who you are and what you offer, show up when you say you will, and give clear written prices. We may share homeowner feedback with you and may remove partners who generate repeated complaints.
9. Independence
You're an independent business, not GoSunlite's employee, agent or joint venturer. You're responsible for your work, your workers, your taxes and your insurance.
10. Indemnity and liability
You'll defend and indemnify GoSunlite against claims arising from your work, your advice, your contact with homeowners, or your breach of these terms. To the fullest extent the law allows, GoSunlite's total liability to you is limited to the claim fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Changes and ending
We may update these terms with notice by email or in your portal. You can leave the program any time by emailing us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
