Does GoSunlite cost anything?
No. Sending a request is free. You pay the pro you choose for work you agree to, at the price they give you. GoSunlite is paid by the pros, not by you.
Who are the pros?
Independent solar service companies, electricians, roofers, cleaners, battery installers and, for legal questions, independent attorneys and contract help companies. Each one applies, tells us their license and insurance, and agrees to our partner terms. They are not GoSunlite employees, so always check their license and insurance yourself before work starts.
My installer went out of business. Can you still help?
Yes. That's one of the most common requests we see. Choose "My installer went out of business" and tell us the brand of panels and inverter if you know them. A pro can find out who holds your warranty now and get the system looked at.
Who sees my information?
GoSunlite and the one pro who takes your request. Before they take it, pros only see the service, your city and ZIP, and the system details you gave. Never your name, phone, email or street. We don't sell your information. See the Privacy Policy.
Can you help me get out of my solar contract?
We can connect you with an independent attorney or contract help company that handles solar disputes. GoSunlite isn't a law firm and doesn't give legal advice; the professional you're matched with does that directly with you.
Do you sell new solar systems?
GoSunlite is for people who already have solar. We do help you add to it: batteries, more panels, EV chargers, generators and smart panels.
